MMA CONDITIONING
What is the best conditioning for MMA fighting?
You can have the great technique, but if your conditioning is not there you are going to have trouble winning.I am amazed at how many athletes on the Ultimate Fighter, tank out in the second and sometimes first rounds! Now I know you're giving it your all but come on! Get conditioned or the fight is boring to watch. So how do you get conditioned for MMA where you need power strength and speed?
Well
there are several ways to go:
The most comprehensive full body conditioning program is Crossfit. BJ
Penn uses this as well as many other MMA gyms and athletes. Why?

Strength Training for the Ring
What about those who want a combination program that uses MMA with fitness and interval training?
Some guys just need strength. They have the speed, skills and more but they need the power to back it.That is where Dickie White
comes in with a top notch strength and conditioning program.
Being flexible keeps you from injuries and allow you to use more agile moves.Stretching is integral for martial arts. While much of the stretching can be done from ROM (range of motion) drills, using a
stretching machine can take you to the next level.
There are some varying types of machine. For a smaller more compact machine try the KWON strteching machine.
If you want some advice on stretches, we have some right here on our site. If you want some free articles on stretching for jiu jitsu see Flexibility for MMA.

He has series that teach you techniques that is very well done, from a video standpoint.
