BOB XL

This has always been a top product at Century. It usually
ranks in their top 10 sellers almost every month.
It is used for weapons practice, sparring, specific striking
and choking. BOB is a great training partner, when no one else
can spar with you. And he doesn't hit back!
The XL has a longer torso than BOB, so you can practice
groin strikes.
As with Sparring BOB, the base can be filled with water or
sand and he weighs approximately 270 pounds. There are 7 height
adjustments from 60 inches to 78 inches.
The XL retails for $399.99 and the shipping is normally
$85. We found a great deal on shipping and can ship faster than
just about anyone.
How can we do this?
I wanted to bring the marital arts community a great deal on a
good product, which encourages practice and sharp skills. I
searched for a way to do this and found a great supplier.
Your product is going to come right from Century in Oklahoma
and arrive in 2-6 days depending on where you live.
Reviews

BOB XL is a great training tool. How
does BOB XL hold up? Rant or Rave about BOB.
Does BOB hold up well? Is he stable? Where do you keep him.
Is he good for training? Does you use it? The world is waiting to
hear what you think!
Praises
We have never had a complaint on BOB, in the past 5 years I
have been selling him. The base is sturdy and he holds up to the
rigors of powerful kicks.
The life-like features make him good for target practice. We
have even had some people practice weapons on BOB.
Training
Some martial artist practice their chokes on BOB. They have
also shown it takes more precision to attack BOB XL than the
heavy bag. BOB does not give though like the heavy bag, which
will make for some stronger muscles.
Praises have been made for the versatility as well. BOB can
easily go in a corner and makes a great place to hang your gi,
gloves or jacket, in between workouts!
Check out
BOB's Video for some great workouts to go along with BOB.
MMA CONDITIONING TIP
You need to be in top condition to fight to your best. You can
get a lot of this conditioning done in 2-3 days per week,
allowing you to work on your skills the other days.
Why does this work?
You get stronger when you recover.
CrossFit is a great tool for mixed martial
artist. The tools are there for free but you'll have to do
your own programming.
If you do not want to do your own programming you can do a
program similar to this called Ultimate MMA Conditioning. Eric Wong is the author
and he trains several pro fighters and guys who have made it to
the UFC. |
