Stability

If you are going to get a heavy bag or have one already, and you do not want to drill holes in your ceiling, you will need a stand to hang it on. It may not seem like the stand is all that important, but trust me...it is!

The last thing you want is as wobbling stand while you are trying to workout. Not only is it obnoxious and not conducive to a good work out, it is dangerous as well.

And the great thing about this heavy bag stand- it is for the heavy bag and the speed bag.

Materials

This stand is made by Century which is a company I have grown to trust. It is made with heavy-duty powder-coated steel so it is solid and will last for many years to come.

It has 2 weight plate holders (weights are not included) and will accommodate up to 100 pounds. It weighs 78 pounds and is 25 x 4 x 59.

If you need some ideas for your heavy bag and want to implement BJJ in your training look at the BJJ system.

Here is what Kevin Pauslon has to say about this BJJ System.

Hey Guys,

I Just finished the program...you have put together another amazing program. Here are my results: I lost 23 lbs in the first 12 weeks and my stamina has improved.

I have to replace some clothes now! Thanks again for your help along the way. I am looking forward to hitting the advanced level.

Kevin Pauslon,

Oklahoma

This is a technique program. You are going to be learning actual MMA and jiujitsu techniques.

I like this program becuase it is skills based. Any time you improve your skills you'll up your game.

Though fitness is so important, skills training should take up most of your training time.
