He is adjustable. You can actually choose the height of your opponent. He can be from 5' 10" to 6' 2". I am short so this is good for me to practice against a taller opponent.

He fits on a stand that is filled with water or you can fill it with sand. I like to use water as it is easier to empty if needed. He is pretty sturdy and holds up to some serious strikes, which help condition your hands.

If you already have a Wavemaster, the Body Opponent Bag fits on the Wavemaster base. So now you can trade off the top for a Wavemaster and the Body Opponent Bag.

I like to practice on the Body Opponent Bag so that I can practice hitting specific areas such as the kidneys or face. It helps you adjust your strikes for the different areas for self-defense or for points in sparring.

Praises

We have never had a complaint on this product, in the past 5 years I have been selling him. The base is sturdy and he holds up to the rigors of powerful kicks.

The life-like features make him good for target practice. We have even had some people practice weapons on him.

Training

Some martial artist practice their chokes. They have also shown it takes more precision to attack BOB than the heavy bag. He does not give though like the heavy bag, which will make for some stronger muscles.

Praises have been made for the versatility as well. He can easily go in a corner and makes a great place to hang your gi, gloves or jacket, in between workouts!
